Huerta La Buena Vida is a regenerative demonstration farm and education center dedicated to growing nutrient-dense food while restoring soil, ecosystems, and community resilience. We teach biodynamic, permaculture, agroforestry, syntropic, and regenerative practices through hands-on learning for all ages.
The Role
We’re seeking a full-time, on-site Farm Manager to lead daily farm operations, oversee workers, manage planting and harvesting schedules, care for crops, trees, and animals, and help expand the farm into adjacent areas. This role also supports our educational mission by showcasing regenerative practices to students and visitors.
You Bring
• Hands-on experience in sustainable or regenerative farming
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment
• Experience with animal care and crop rotation
• Leadership, organization, and communication skills
• A love of teaching and sharing knowledge
• Spanish fluency and conversational English
• Certifications or a degree in sustainable agriculture (a plus)
